I have taught the card system to three different clubs in the Cleveland area. If anyone wants the slides to present it to their local club, let me know. If anyone wants me to present, also email me. So far, it has been well received!

Last mailing was end of 2016. Volume of cards received has dramatically decreased from past years. Next mailing will probably be May or June. If you want your envelopes mailed every cycle, mark as such, otherwise your letter manager will mail when the envelope is full with the amount of postage on the envelope

Is anything in the works to send to all the letter managers? I think my last mailing was received mid-2016.

As of today's outgoing mail, I have caught up with the 8 area 'O' letter for all who had SASEs or credits on hand. I'll need to make a trip to the PO for KG8OU and KD8OSD to get their cards out. If you have an 'O' as the first letter of the suffix and had a working email address at qrz.com, and had no envelopes/credits and had cards, I have notified you. If you don't have a working email address on file, shame on you and I just might pitch your cards without further attempts to contact you. I had almost 500 calls with cards and no envelopes/credits!!!!

I got a big, fat envelope from the bureau just a few days ago with $2.35 of postage on it. Inside were four European QSLs for me along with an ON7 card and 65 W1AW/p QSLs for KA8MNO. I've contacted him and arranged to send him his cards but I have no idea who ended up with my pile of W1AW/p cards.

The ARRL pays the expenses of the QSL bureau from which they make no profit. Most other bureaus around the world require membership and charge fees. If you are not an ARRL member consider joining or make a donation.

All W1AW/X cards have been sorted and are being shipped out to the letter managers this week. The only exception is the letter F which is transition to a new manager. Letter O may be a bit behind as K4ZLE is on the CY9 expedition.
